Build Thread Part 17

Fast forward to the end of June (2023), and I’m attending another NASA MA track weekend, their June Joust event, racing HPDE2. Once again the car feels great and on my first run out, I am already back to my best time from my weekend in April. Mid way through Sunday and I start to notice my brakes don’t feel like they’re working 100%. I end up making the decision to not race the rest of the day, knowing something isn’t right with my brakes. I buy new rear pads and rotors plus new brake fluid thinking that the rear pads were toast (mind you I was still running the factory original pads at this point in time), and that I boiled my brake fluid. Fast forward a few weeks and I have the car on a lift at a shop, it turns out my front pads are super low, with the passenger front inside pad being metal on metal. I end up replacing the front pads and rotors, the rear pads, and the brake fluid.

After that track event I attend a small car show in West Virginia that I had committed to earlier this year called Lowered on the Lawn, and then just last weekend I attend Jamie Orr's Lo'e Show in Pottstown, PA

Lo'e Show was amazing, if you are considering going next year, I'd highly recommend it. I got to represent Audi Club North America again on multiple occasions during the weekend
